Lesley Sturgess

England Squash Level 3 Advanced Coach, SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) fitness instructor, and strength and conditioning coach.

Lesley is a highly versatile coach with experience in a wide variety of sports and fitness activities. She has coached aspiring squash players of all ages and abilities for the last 30 years.

• Fully licensed and Insured through England Squash
• DBS Certification, Safeguarding and First Aid Training.

Lesley’s career has seen her compete at a national and international level for over a decade, winning numerous squash and racketball titles. Since 2005, Lesley has consistently achieved the required qualification status, being selected to play for England in every Masters Home International. More recently, Lesley received the 2016 Derbyshire ‘Service to Sport’ Award in recognition of her involvement in promoting sport which spans nearly 40 years.
