If you would like to improve your fitness and take up a new challenge, our 5 week introductory squash 101 course could be just for you.
Weather you are a casual player or new to the sport, Squash 101 is open to you regardless of age, gender or level of fitness. Join us for five 1 hour weekly sessions then relax in the club’s lounge with a free coffee/tea and a slice of cake.
These introductory squash sessions are designed to be enjoyable whilst giving you a healthy workout. You’ll undertake individual and group challenges as you learn and develop ball and racket skills and put them into practice in game scenarios.
This sociable course will give you the confidence and ability have a squash match with your fellow course mates. You may even wish to go on and play in the club leagues.
Squash 101 course details
The course is held weekly on a Saturday, for five weeks of 1 hourly sessions. It starts on Saturday 17th September with sessions running from 5.00 – 6.00 pm. The 5 week course costs £16.00.
What will I need?
- Please wear non-marking/white soled trainers
- Comfortable sports wear
- Squash Rackets can be provided if you don’t have one
