Improve your fitness and take up a new challenge with our introductory squash sessions.
Sessions are held weekly on a Saturday from 5-6pm and are ideally suited to anyone weather a casual player or new to the sport, and regardless of age, gender or level of fitness.
These introductory squash sessions are designed to be enjoyable whilst giving you a healthy workout. You’ll undertake individual and group challenges as you learn and develop ball and racket skills and put them into practice in game scenarios. You’ll gain the confidence and ability to have a squash match with your fellow course mates and you may even wish to go on and play in the club leagues.
You’ll need to wear non-marking/white soled trainer and comfortable sports wear. Squash Rackets can be provided if you don’t have one
